Rolling Meadows Farm Strawberries
At Rolling Meadows Farm, we grow our strawberries using only organic soil and farming methods. Our Strawberries are harvested from late May through July and fresh frozen on the day they are picked.
Making the Vinegar
Our Strawberry vinegar is produced by soaking crushed strawberries in a glass jar with White Vinegar, cane sugar and vanilla and then stored in a refrigerator at 34 F for a minimum of a month prior to bottling.
Lady L’s Strawberry Vinegar
The vinegar is decanted through cheese cloth to remove sediment. A small amount of asorbic acid is added to retard oxidation. Italian glass bottles (17 ounce capacity) are then filled and refrigerated.
