Lady L’s English Toffee is always made in small batches with butter (cream & salt), cane sugar, dark chocolate (sugar, palm kernel and palm oil) cocoa (processed with potassium carbonate), nonfat milk, sunflower lecithin, vanilla, pecans and water. Our English Toffee is unique because we use pecans. Why pecans, because they have a sweet nutty and buttery flavor that complements and enhances the caramel/dark chocolate flavors.
